Exchange Policy

Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our regular stores

Please note: That the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.

Contact our customer service center by sending us images of damaged goods at bridal@aghanoorofficial.com or Whats App at (+92 346 4679926) within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product or the refund of full amount.

Refund Policy:

All formal / bridal orders can be refunded within 30 days (from the date of purchase)

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply. Agha Noor may cancel orders for reasons that include; an article being out of stock, pricing error or if the credit card payment is declined.
