This beautiful Korean silk kalidaar is curated in a softened sage green base. The kalidaar is defined by traditional block printing done by local artisans, with elaborate floral and paisley butis in dusty rose, plum, and antique gold, that lends visual calm. The bodice carries foliage inspired block printing, interrupted by a scoop neckline edged in soft gota detailing, echoed on the cuffs and hem. Shimmering gota and sequins are used sparingly, scattered all over the kalidaar, sleeves, dupatta and borders enhancing the block print. The dupatta is also adorned with a richly patterned block-printed border that mirrors the motifs on the kalidaar, creating continuity across the set. Vertical block-printed stripes on the panelled Izaar elongate the silhouette while maintaining cohesion. Thoughtful and grounded, this gorgeous set is a refined addition to any festive wardrobe.
