EXCHANGE POLICY (OTHER THAN FORMALS & BRIDALS)
Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our regular stores
Please note: That the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected product at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. In case if any customer wants refund then we will offer a “Coupon Code” of the amount customer have paid.
The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply. Agha Noor may cancel orders for reasons that include; an article being out of stock, pricing error or if the credit card payment is declined.
